This plan really should not leave you for real hungry. There are so many things for you all to eat.
It is still more options that over half the planet has everyday. If you are truly feeling hunger, growling in your tummy, headache etc... try to eat a little more fat and more protein. Take this time to figure out what your body needs when it is growling at you. Maybe you don't know right now what it is your body really needs because you are accustomed to giving into every little craving... a macaroon, a piece of chocolate, a maple latte, a scone. Practice listening.
