THIS WEEK

Similar to last week...

Nuts are ok this week in moderation. Try to soak your nuts or have sprouted nuts.

NO WHEAT OR WHITE FLOUR, NOTHING WHITE IN GENERAL
NO BREAD EXCEPT SPROUTED BREAD LIKE EZIEKEL
NO PROCESSED FOOD
NO CHEESE
NO SUGAR (EXCEPTION CAN BE BERRIES IN YOUR SMOOTHIE OR YOGURT
NO BAKED GOODS ( THIS GOES ALONG WITH PROCESSED FOODS)
NO DRINKS OTHER THAN COFFEE, TEA, WATER ( THIS MEANS NO LATTES, JUST PLAIN COFFEE)

DRINK MAD AMOUNTS OF WATER, 3 LITERS A DAY.
EAT LOTS OF GREENS
PROTEIN OF ANY KIND, JUST NOT FRIED OR BREADED
TRY DRINKING GREEN TEA INSTEAD OF COFFEE FOR ONE OF YOUR CUPS EACH DAY

BEGIN EACH DAY WITH FRESH LEMON JUICE AND HOT WATER

EAT BREAKFAST

MOVE YOUR BODY

Pick two night this week that you will allow yourself one drink or one sweet. Pick them now and stick to it. One, not two.

  1. Karyn, May I eat ezekial bread? Or no? I have been avoiding all bread even gluten free this week but wanted to check because I would love a piece of toast sometime!
